Protects PC boards, plated through-holes, contacts, pins, posts, terminals, and gold fingers during wave soldering. Provides short-term high-temperature protection from molten solder to 515 degrees F. All Chemask masking agents are non-flammable, non-contaminating, and will not leave ionic or corrosive residue. Dries tack-free in 30 minutes. Easily peels off after drying. Compatible with flux systems, and stable with cleaning solvents. Chemask is generally compatible with most materials used in printed circuit board fabrication. As with any solder masking agent, compatibility with substrate must be determined on a non-critical area prior to use. Sold in an 8 ounce squeeze bottle.
