SGK5-05 Cut Resistant Antistatic High Temperature Tape is an extra strength, para-aramid fiber cloth impregnated with a dispersion of anti-static PTFE coated with a high temperature silicone Adhesive. SGK5-05 is specifically designed to resist abrasion and provide added strength in high temperature wrapping applications where standard fiberglass cloth does not provide adequate chemical resistance and/or low friction release. The black pigmentation provides anti-static performance and protection from UV damage, to which para-aramid fiber cloth is susceptible. Cut Resistant Antistatic High Temperature Tape provides strength, flexibility, slip, chemical resistance and UV stabilization; use for harness and cable wrapping in extreme environments where protection against abrasion and chemicals commonly wears out standard fiberglass harness wraps.
